You'll find everything you need in this 3 bedroom / 2 bath ranch style cottage. It sits 2/10 of a mile down a sandy road from a private bayside beach and well known Campground Beach. Spend your days with the family in the warm bayside water or playing on the sandbars at low tide. Find yourself walking back with a glass of wine to enjoy a romantic and undeniably beautiful sunset.

The master bedroom suite has a king bed, bath with shower (no bathtub) and laundry, and sitting area with large flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has 2 twins; they share a second bath with shower (no bathtub). The house has central air conditioning and all rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare any type of meal. Open floor plan allows easy flow from living room, dining room and kitchen. You can relax in the three-season porch or in the private peaceful backyard with large deck, patio furniture, gas grill, and newer outdoor shower.

Linens and towels are NOT provided.

This centrally located but secluded getaway sits only a short drive from the National Seashore, Salt Pond Visitors Center, Coast Guard Lighthouse, Three Sisters Lighthouses, Eastham Windmill, Nauset Beach and one of the few remaining drive-in theaters. For kids, there are several nearby mini golf options and on rainy days there is Willy's Gym and an arcade at The Red Barn. Wellfleet is a 10 minute drive and eclectic Provincetown is a 30 minute drive. The Cape Cod Rail Trail, a paved bike path that spans 28 miles from Wellfleet to Dennis is a few miles away. Other local attractions include art galleries, excellent restaurants, whale watching, fishing, and shopping. Golf courses within a 10 mile radius include the picturesque Highland Links, Chequessett, The Captain's Golf Course and Ocean Edge Resort.

On December 28, 2018, Governor Baker signed into law a bill regulating and taxing short-term rentals of homes and condos.
